Well how is everyone doing its been so long . It has been a long yr  still fighting for her . Monica has her own Lawyer now  so that is good  and  there access is down to  3 hrs every 2nd weekend  and it is supervised by the CAS for now .But the last i have heard CAS did not want to do it anymore . So now i am going for more help and I am hoping it works this time going to see my M.P.P. Tried the ombudsman  and they won't touch it . So far  he has broken a court order.. access order...supervision order...and still he trying to pick her up on the way home from school then calls her a lire . Monica runs and hides  and then she has friends that say he was there  but CAS says no he wasn't becouse thats what they say .Now I have to go back to court and try to work this out some more and we all know that CAS will try to win but not with me I am going to fight to the end as always. She has changed she is a good kid  but still so confused about it all .CAS has talked to her about the pick up he is trying to do and then calls her a lier  not to fair huh or badgers her untill she says ok your right . That one just happened  and Monica has not seen them in 6 weeks now  its been good for her . She goes to school with n/p and her grades are coming up .Mind you I have to be at the school before and after to make sure this don't happen again  she can not walk to school with her friends or home.To me she has no real life I can't let her out unless we go together or she goes to her Mothers. And CAS says thats ok if you do that and I say are you for real this  is crap. Cas has told me to move on and let it go ,and don't tell any one about what is going on like the police or my lawyer I just laugh at her  becouse at this point I have told them . well I had better go for now I will be back hope I will not take so long to get here  maybe after my court and let ya all know what has happened  untill then  TTYL
