Hi there

Well I am going to court again only this time I need references .I am ok there I have about 20 but still I need them  updated ones.I have everything ready for next Wednesday again. C.A.S wants me to go to mediation again and I am refusing  trying to tell I need to  be friends with them I think not .My granddaughter has got a lawyer now so I hope it will help at this point. She don't want to get anyone in trouble but she understands that what he did was wrong and she needs to tell her side to someone who will listen to her. Then we are going to trial because what he did to her he can't get away with it. I found out on the week end  that he slapped his niece on the butt who is now about 27 he has been doing things like for as long as he has been in the dam family and this family thinks its funny  when its not .There all intimated of him there scare they will hurt the aunt so now I am flipping . Not one person in that family will stick up for what's right they say  like let it go Nana will be gone soon  and now its the aunt well at this point I am not a very caring person when it comes to that family when a 9 yr old has been touched in place not 9 yr old should be and this has been going on for about 4yrs now and everyone there knows it. My ex won't even stand up for his granddaughter knowing what his brother-in-law has done .Then come to find out there on methadone  to kick  a habit that they have had for a long time. I know what your thinking what does C.A.S say about it . Well get this  it's ok ...theft..drugs..abuse..what else is left not to much huh. As for me I have a clean record never done anything have 3 grown children and 3 step children  and 7 grands I my very proud of .  I will be back after court with a update  will let ya know how it goes .
