Well here goes again. I have not been in here for abit I have been busy with lots of things . I have been back and forth to court going for the 4th time now on the 28th . Its been a long hall but we doing it. The first time we went to court i had a lawyer but he was not working for me yet now he is . The 2nd time we went to court my daughter was removed for the papers because CAS told her not to go to court there was no need for it .So now she has a lawyer....lol She is back on the papers now they never got there way there . And we keep getting it remanded because CAS is not prepared the fist..the 2nd time was us... the 3rd time was my daughter..and we go again for the 4th time and it will be remanded to I heard maybe... then we come to find out they lied on the papers they put into court by putting a lawyers name on it that they don't have. We both have good lawyers now who are going to look into why Monica was removed in the first place ...and look into the lies that they told..and everything else that was said about my family and said they better have proof.most of the papers that were submitted into court were lies from CAS and the other parties have a plan in place I won't say it now but we are hoping it works and if it does I will for sure let you know . Now Monica is going to counseling for all of this mess that they have caused. Her temper tantrums has settled down a lot because they won't do anything now that CAS in the picture.Have a good case and we will win but there will be butts kicked in the end.And it won't be mine this time. I will not stop until I do win and get my granddaughter protected for him.She needs it and I am here to make sure it is done right for her some one has to .My daughter has stepped up more and has had all she can take as well.I want my daughter to take her daughter back when she is ready not until but when she is it will be the happiest day for all.My daughter is getting married on July 28th and Monica is in the wedding as a brides maid so we are all looking forward to it .But we have to get her away first if it don't go our way we get her that week end because there not invited to the wedding. And if he shows up we police there that are friends that he don't know..lol and will not know about what a surprise for them huh ..We have the police backing now to well some of them. Ihave the school and all the counselors she has been involded with. More then willing to help now keep in mind they told to take her counseling so it will bite them in the ass now. Monica has disclosed so many things to these people that I never even knew. I am also told the I manipulate all of them. This man still goes in with tears in his eyes even in court and its not working now so now there scared and it looks good on them. Becouse now it will be looked into more on why and how this all came about so its about time I would think.But I have to go for now I will be back when I can wish me luck I might need it and thank you all for your suport Sharon
