Cas can do anything and get away with it

Well tomorrow is the big day that i go to court ..not looking forward to it at all..CAS is blaming me for everything that has happened to Monica .I have been told in the court papers that I am not protecting her and I am causing emotional harm and physical harm to her.Now I have taking her to a doctor and a pediatrician .But CAS is saying I refuse to do that when its been them stopping me from doing anything I have to . I am telling you they sure know how to change things around to there benefit. I had some one here when i told i don't agree with then not doing Monica's hair for the week end..but they put in the papers I said ( I am upset they never bathed her ) what a bunch of bull. So I went out and hopefully got one of the best lawyers in this dam town. I dont know I will see tomorrow in court. They are trying to stop me from moving aswell. I have been so worried about Monica like how much more can this child take from them all.And with a grandma like at her side all the time I belive everything Monica tells me with in reason.. well I will be back tomorrow with an update. well wish me luck I do need it .
