Well we are going to court and have to get another lawyer. The CAS has tried to turn things around again.There blaming us for whats going on with Monica and the not ones that are hurting her. Everything we say is turned upside down.Like i said why did they not brush her hair all weekend ....and they put in the court papers i was mad because they never bathed her.If anyone one of them pp had ears to listen with they don't use them very well I tell ya .I told them they go all the way or no way at all whats wrong with them. They think i should take down the no trespassing on the them. Really trying to run my life and i am getting tired of them big time.So i found a lawyer who is not scared to fight them and take it all the way because if i can sue them i am going to for putting my Grandaughter Monica in harms way. they don't want to take her to the family Christmas dinners...or anything just trying to keep her to them selves..we think there afraid she will say something or want to go with her Mom .whicth yes will pee them off big time.Tring to stop us from moving and what ever else we want to do .Hubby retires at the end of Dec. so I gusse moving north is out now for awhile anyway.We have a long fight ahead and just in time for Christmas....Now I get to keep her living with us but they still get to see on the weekends..and an 8mth supervision order placed on us all except one thing the CAS don't work weekends mmmmI gusse that means just on us huh!! But i am going to fight that to .So I will let you all know the out come of that day Wednesday DEC 20th .Well thats all for now will be back soon
